Thank you for visiting our NASCAR store. For your convenience, we have provided the "nuts and bolts" about our site and an explanation of our Payment Policy & Return and Exchange policy. We always welcome your questions and feedback so feel free to contact us!

Payment Options
1.CREDIT CARD. Use your credit card at checkout or phone us toll free (888) 315-1875 to place a phone order. RaceHippie accepts most major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
2.MONEY ORDER or PERSONAL CHECK. Some customers are not comfortable transmitting their credit card information over the internet. For this reason, we accept US Money Orders and US Personal Checks. Simply email or phone us with your proposed order. Be sure to include a shipping and billing address. RaceHippie will compute the shipping charges and tax if applicable (only in PA) and email the customer with a total amount due. The customer will then mail a personal check or money order for the amount due to: RaceHippie, Inc., PO Box 657, New Hope, PA 18938. Upon receiving your money order, RaceHippie will fulfill & ship the order immediately and the customer will be notified via email. NOTE:Upon receiving your personal check, RaceHippie will fulfill & ship the order pending a cleared check. Personal checks must clear before RaceHippie can ship merchandise. The clearing process takes 7 bank days from day of receipt.
3.PAYPAL. RaceHippie will accept payment by Paypal but these orders must be taken by phone. It's very simple and only a phone call away!

Order Confirmations
1.ORDER CONFIRMATIONS. When you place an order with racehippiestore.com, an order confirmation will be emailed to you from our email at sales@racehippiestore.com. Sometimes, our confirmations get "spammed" or the emails end up in a junk folder. Please check these folders if you do not receive your email confirmation. Another option is to add sales@racehippiestore.com to your contacts or address lists. This helps your computer recognize our email & will send them to your In-box.
Shipping Options
1. UPS. We highly recommend using UPS as a delivery option. The UPS Tracking & Confirmation program is state-of-the-art. If you like to know where your package is every step of the way, we recommend using UPS. They offer a variety of services from Ground (4-7 business days) to 2nd Day Air (within 2 business days) to International shipments.
2. POST OFFICE (USPS). The Post Office is a quick and affordable way to ship your merchandise. 99% of the time, there packages arrive within 3-4 days. We offer Parcel Post delivery (2-5 business days), Priority Delivery (2-3 business days) and Express Delivery (Overnight). For Express Delivery, we ask that you phone us to place those orders. Express Delivery is not available in our online store. Express delivery orders must be placed by 12:00 noon EST - the day before you need the merchandise. This is a guaranteed delivery so if it's late, you get a full refund on your shipping.
NOTE TO CUSTOMERS WHO USE POST OFFICE (USPS) DELIVERY. We do caution customers that although the Post Office is a great shipping option, their Tracking & Confirmation program is not great. The Post Office does not offer detail tracking on your package. You will not know where your package is every step of the way. But they are very quick and affordable. Customers who select USPS should also know that delivery confirmations are sent from USPS_Shipping_Services@usps.com and not from RaceHippieStore.com. To ensure that this important email does not get "spammed" or sent to a junk folder, try adding USPS_Shipping_Services@usps.com to your contacts or address list.
Return & Exchange Policy
RaceHippie.com is pleased to offer customers our "no-hassle" return policy:
Return anything you purchase directly from RaceHippie.com for any reason, and we'll cheerfully refund your purchase price. No ifs, ands or buts!
All we ask is that you return the merchandise in its original packaging along with a copy of your packing list indicating the reason for your return (wrong size, wrong item, didn't like color, damaged in transit). This allows us to serve you better in the future.
